There are two main options to use the Marble Flex Adjustable with an existing bed frame.

Option 1:

If your existing bed frame is similar to a hollow bed box in the middle, you should assemble the Marble Flex with the bed legs attached.

You may adjust the Marble Flex bed height to match your existing bed box or your preferred height.

Option 2:

If your existing bed frame comes with slats or a platform, the best way to assemble the Marble Flex is without any bed legs attached. The Marble Flex is now used as a bed base.

Without the bed legs attached, the Marble Flex sits nicely flat on the slats of your existing bed frame, as shown in the photo below.
