We're more than happy to accommodate order cancellations and issue a full refund, as long as your order is yet to be shipped.
However, if your order is already on its way to you, we are unable to cancel it. Instead, it will be processed as a return, subject to our return trial policy and return fees.
Please understand that as Marble incurs the costs for both outbound and return shipping, we can't refund these shipping fees. Similarly, for any products that are marked as 'returned to sender' by our shipping partners, the same policy applies.
