30 Nights; Assembly Fees are Non-Refundable.

The Marble Ascent Storage Bed

Terms, Conditions and Exclusions

  1. Mattresses Require a 30-Night Minimum Trial Period: Your journey to better sleep commences the day your Marble mattress arrives. As this is unlike any mattress you've experienced before, there's a chance it might take a bit of time to adapt. If you're transitioning from an older or different type of mattress, your body might require time to adjust to our unique gentle firmness and optimized back support. This may involve a few initial aches and pains - a common part of the adjustment process, which can take a month or more. That's why we require you to enjoy your new mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting a return. If after this period, you feel the need to return, we're here to make the process smooth and straightforward.

  2. Mattress Returns: Here are the key points to remember when considering a mattress return:

    • The return request form must be submitted within the 100-night trial period and after the 30-night adjustment period.

    • Your mattress must be clean and undamaged.

    • The mattress must be at the same address as your shipping address.

    • The mattress must not have been resold.

    • Returns from outside Singapore are not eligible.

    • Size changes are not covered by the return policy.

  3. Bed Frame Returns: Marble's bed frames come with a 30-night trial period. To return a bed frame, fill in the Returns Request Form on our Returns Page within this period. The bed frame must be clean, undamaged, not resold, and located at the original shipping address. As with our mattresses, size changes aren't covered under the return policy and returns from outside Singapore are not accepted.

    Our customer care representatives are always available to guide you through the process once eligibility is confirmed. As we strive to take care of our planet, we encourage no size changes to reduce environmental waste.
